Thanksgiving Outfit Idea

Thanksgiving is almost here! I thought this outfit would be perfect for Thanksgiving. It's pretty simple to put together also. 

I wore this sleeveless coat from Shein and I got so many compliments on it. So, I thought I would share where I purchased it in this blog post. 

The day I took photos for this outfit the leaves were exceptional. Just wanted to give nature a big shoutout for the awesome background!

Sweater and Flannel

I woke up to to beautiful fall weather this morning. Today was the first day that actually felt like fall here in Georgia. Even though there are few trees that have changed color, the sun shining through the trees left an orange glow. 

My sister and I rode around to explore new places. It was nice to have a simple adventure in the midst of a crazy life.

A nice cardigan is the most fall you can get. A flannel shirt isn't far behind either. L.L. Bean was kind enough to send this lovely red flannel my way. The cardigan is from Gap and my jeans are from Marshalls. You can click here for a post all about my L.L. Bean boots.

Polka Dot Skirt

I bought this polka dot skirt from J. Crew about a year ago and, somehow lost it in my closet. Once I found it I immediately wanted to wear it with this jacket. 

The utility jackets from J. Crew are always more money than I want to pay. So, I was super happy when I found this one from H & M  for half of the price. 

For shoes I added my Adidas superstars!

Herringbone jacket.

Hey guys! I am super excited to share today's post with you! 

Today's look features one of my favorite jackets ever. It's this herringbone jacket I got from Gap a few years ago!

I paired the jacket with a blue oxford shirt, black jeans, and silver Doc Martens. My Doc Martens are seriously so comfortable so I wear them a lot during this time of year (and Christina Grimmie has the same ones!).

Hello there! Happy weekend! 

My go to "I don't have anything to wear!" look is always denim on denim. So I decided to throw this on for a nice morning downtown with my mom. My dog Coty also decided to join us, even though she hates the camera! 

For a more comfy look I added my black Old Navy slip ons.

Neon in the fall.

The fall leaves are finally falling and I just couldn't wait to pull out my favorite vest from last year. This army green vest is amazing and can be worn with so many things. Bright colors are always fun the vest really helped me to dial the brightness down just enough for fall. I also wore some cheetah print flats for a little more texture. I had so much fun shooting with Peyton again!

Fall accessorizing.

Fall transitioning is so annoying for me, but this green jacket has helped me through it!

If you haven't noticed this jacket has been my favoirte thing to wear lately. 

I also have been trying to find the right outfit to wear with this black ruffled tank from Altar'd State. If you have never been there you totally should they have the cutest clothes for every style! 

Lastly, the accessories. These necklaces were a bit much at first but, I made it work (I hope)! These black boots are also great for fall transitoning and super comfy!

Day downtown.

This flowy ruffled top has been in my closet since June and I have waited so long to wear it. Not really sure what I was waiting for but, I finally decided to style it! 

The top is from Altar'd State one of the coolest stores ever. If you have one near you I definitely recommend you check it out! 

I paired the top with my favorite (and only) ripped jeans, and some nude flats. These jeans were actually a DIY project. But, I will have some similar one linked below for you!
