So, I've been watching a lot of Gossip Girl lately and I cannot get enough of the fashion. I always see Blair in the most unique blouses. This look was inspired by Gossip Girl in a few ways!
This top is from a Free People sample store in my town, I love how comfortable and unique it is. The collar almost looks like you are wearing a neck scarf.
I decided that white jeans would add the perfect pop to this outfit without being too overpowering. However, the black riding boots I added to the outfit are a nice way to tone down the white, since it is winter!
