Hello everyone, this is my outfit of the day for a rainy Monday!
I styled my DIY circus print skirt with a navy peplum tops from Forever 21, a monogram necklace from www.personalizedfrommetoyou.com , and some pearls. 
Since it was raining I wore my yellow Hunter Boots from www.nordstrom.com
I finished off the look with a circus print bow to match my skirt!
